We are looking for a passionate and skilled educator to drive our Train-the-Trainer program and help us reach the next level of excellence within Technical Training. 

Your mission

As a Project leader: Train-the-Trainer Technical Training, you will be responsible for our Train-the-Trainer program that provides practical training for trainers in global organization. You will drive an efficient implementation and execution of this program and organize and coordinate Train-the-Trainer Training activities together with the administration of the training offering.

In this role, you will create and develop the technical trainer network within Customer and Production Centres and coordinate and support global training activity with our Regional Training Managers in an efficient way. You will be also responsible for leading the projects and development activities related to training methods and processes within Technical Training. 

You will report to the Global Training Manager.

Your profile

To succeed in this position you have a bachelor’s degree in Education or have acquired equivalent competence through practical experience as a Project leader and/or Training professional. 

You have excellent communications skills, both digitally and IRL, and a good understanding of what it takes to coordinate communication and training activities. You know how to plan, coordinate, execute and follow-up on projects, all with a business perspective.

To thrive in this role we think you have a genuine interest in developing learning methods, as well as a technical interest. You are driven and result-oriented with a high level of flexibility and work in an organized and structured way.

You must be fluent in English, verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you are also proficient in Swedish.

Location and travel

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Ability to travel nationally and internationally is required for the role. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.
