Project Leaders with Leader ambitions – Service Engineering LYNK & CO

These positions are new and exciting roles which provide ample opportunity to start up and work with some of the areas within Service Engineering with a close connection to the markets. You will be one of the first persons joining this team so you will play a key role in achieving the attributes good serviceability and competitive service cost of ownership, with a huge impact on customer satisfaction.

- Accessories

You will be responsible for building a project team within one of the areas mentioned above with the task to develop and secure the LYNK & CO Service Engineering deliveries. Within LYNK & CO Service Engineering we are striving to have people with different backgrounds, ages, genders, personalities with an open mindset, creating loads of new ideas challenging today's car industry and giving our customers a hassle free ownership. You will be part of an agile, growing global team and you will be a part of shaping the Service Engineering function. Entrepreneurial personality with strong leadership skills is taken for granted in this position. The work is conducted in close cooperation with CEVT R&D, Volvo Cars and LYNK & CO in Hangzhou. The positions require travel on regular basis, mostly to China .

The main responsibility for this position is to manage and deliver Service Engineering deliverables with a global perspective. It is also to contribute to the development of strategies and processes for a competitive Service cost of ownership and profitable global aftersales business. You will also contribute to build the best team as well as the best working climate in the car business.

A valuable thing for us is that you enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environment and that you can inspire the people around you to be the best they can be. It is necessary to be driven, communicative and structured with a customer focus and possess a business mindset. You should enjoy seeing problems as challenges and look for solutions.

The importance is not the level of university degree but it is needed to have several years of project leading experience to be able to handle this challenge.
