About the role
As part of our client´s revised business plan there are now several key initiatives that will be delivered by the CX Operations Team primarily focused on Unified Lead Management and Help to Buy.
This project will support CX Operations to co-ordinate and deliver these key strategic initiatives and help co-ordinate and support the existing team to execute and deliver.
Target Audience for the project is CX Operations, Engagement Centres, Inside Sales and Retail Spaces. Our client is in the Automotive Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define & train in a more clearly defined & dynamic Sales Process, roles responsibilities and levers by end of February 2024.
• Optimise purchase journey in Own Spaces enable easier and better means to qualify, configure, sell and convert orders same day or within 48 hours utilising personal offers
• Optimise purchase journey in Investor Spaces enable easier and better means to qualify, configure and guide a customer on how to place order, and introduce Inside Sales support to convert and manage through
• Launch post purchase Customer Welcome Call – by End of January 2024.
• Ensure walk ins are qualified and identified as leads
About you
We are looking for a person that has experience within project management and preferably within Costumer Experience or Sales. We see that you have a passion for making processes more efficient and that you work well in a communicative role. Fluency in English is a must.
