UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.For our customer we are now looking for an IT Project Manager Preferred skills as IT-PM are the following: Knowledge .Basic understanding of IT PM methodology processes .Process modelling .Know the usual Project management tools and how to use them in the best way..General knowledge of IT and software development process at XXX..Intercultural awareness..Knowledge of PPS Capability/Motivation .Finds motivation in developing client's business with help of IT..Capable communicator that both listen to and transfers information/knowledge .Analytical - being able to structure information and derive conclusions and consequences out of them..Capable to adapt easily to changes - being able to accept and work with changes as much as questioning the benefit of them..Capable to see the big picture .Capable to understand and argue unrealistic expectations (requirements) and at the same time contribute to find possible alternatives..scope estimation, planning, time management, scheduling, project costing, and budget management .resource planning, resource management, and procurement .risk analysis, dependencies, and decision analysis skills .presentation, communication, and negotiation skills .long experience in Project Management .leadership, communication and team building capabilities .conflict resolution, problem solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under stress .deliverables based management, a focus on the delivery of customer value, executing which meets (or exceeds) the customer's needs. The IT-PM will be responsible for the IT Project Management activities within the project, such as planning, steering, leading the country roll-out and be a link between the country responsible and the Head Project Manager.
