Project Manager

Location: South East region of UK (Kent, Sussex, Surrey, South London)
Details: Must have extensive experience on site managing design and build projects, with build values of 5- 10 million+. Applicants with similar experience in non-residential build will also be considered. Must also have relevant qualifications. Duties include managing projects for all phases from inception to completion, maintaining profitability at all times.
Projects include refurbishments, new-build, social housing, health and commercial works. Must have well-rounded business, commercial and presentation skills, with the ability to chair meetings
These key roles are site based, where the Project Manager assumes responsibility for his project as no. 1 on site, with full responsibility. Will be working in each case with a senior site based Surveyor who will support the Project Manager on the commercial aspects of the project.
Salary: 45,000 + per annum dep on exp + benefits (including employee car ownership scheme, a discretionary bonus related to the financial performance, private medical assurance, life assurance etc).
