Project Manager

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.For our customer we are now looking for a Project Manager Uppdragsbeskrivning Competence & Profile Following demands must be fulfilled: .Solid experience of project management .IT knowledge .Fluent in English, both spoken and written .Good knowledge in PPS, or similar project model .Good communication, pedagogic and presentation skills .Proven leadership skills within a development group .Good planning & follow up skills .Very good communication skills, both oral and in writing .Ability to keep focus on the objective and not deviate although political and/or strong wishes .Good knowledge in information systems integration processes .Ability to document Interface specifications .Ability to support the Solution Architect and the development team .Structured and a sense for details .A strong drive and problem solving approach and the energy to realise goals .The ability to handle complex issues .A great sense of responsibility .Experience in the retail area .Experience in setting up a Service Oriented Architecture .Aholistic mind but at the same time an eye for dtails .Cost consciousness .The ability to handle change and work in a changing environment Tasks The main tasks in the assignment will be: .Lead and manage the Integration team and secure timely delivery according to plan, budget and with expected quality .Make a detailed inventory of all Integrations..Document and follow up CR's to other systems..Participate in the release and rollout planning..Plan and follow up project activities within the Integration area..Ensure that the project organization and working method are suitable, documented and clear..Report to the IT Project Mgr on the project status regarding time, cost, activity progress and risks.
