Project Manager

The department Production development and Project offices are now looking for a new team member. We are looking for a senior project manager with experience from bigger projects. The department is setting the future state of the production and for this drives investigations of new technologies, benchmarking and investment projects. 
 
In the role as project manager, you will be responsible for lead projects according to Volvo CE strategy and goals. In the role you will be a part of a cross functional team, working to deliver project according to budget and time plan. You will have an important contribution to our common goal to be perceived as the leading manufacturer of axles and transmissions.
 
You
We believe you have an academic degree in manufacturing engineering or similar
Leadership experience
As a person, we believe you are goal oriented and has a structured way of working
Proficiency in English and Swedish is necessary
You have experience from investment projects and / or industrialization projects
For you it´s natural to work close with your project team and are a good leader
You have a strong interest for Operations
You have strong communications skill and like to work cross functional
