Project Manager

Do you have several years experience of project management and would like to work as a project manager in a global manufacturing industry environment? Volvo IT is currently in a situation of increasing need of project managers that can manage IT projects in different customer business process areas. We can also predict an increasing customer need of global projects with different grades of complexity and challenges. Job description: You will join a group with project managers and work with different IT-projects through all the phases towards and together with different customers. You will have recourses available from different sites and common methods within Volvo IT to secure project deliveries and customer satisfaction. Projects will deliver IT-solutions for areas occurring in customers main processes, e.g. manufacturing. The job involves both international and external contacts and a certain amount of travel. We expect that you will be eager to take the lead and also have the ability to inspire your team. Qualifications: Relevant degree Several years experience of project management Experience from customer business operations and IT Proactive and inspiring with a high level of customer focus Excellent command of written and spoken Swedish and English Project management certification is a plus Starting date: By arrangement
