Project Manager

Amhold Ltd. has been active in the construction industry since 1992. During these years, we have become one of the biggest companies on the Estonian construction market providing professional architectural and engineering services and taking active part in the realisation of international projects.
At Amhold we work with industry leading architects and design firms to provide high quality engineering services for public and private clients and are seeking motivated employees to join the team.

We are now looking for a PROJECT MANAGER
-Project coordination, supervision and performance verification
-Description and elimination of contradictories in the project
documentation
-Timely completion of project documentation
-Project coordination and administration with necessary authorities and institutions
-Organizing the rational choice of project team members, suppliers and subcontractors

Required skills and qualification:
-Higher education in electrical power engineering/ mechanical or civil engineering/ architectural design or similar
-Proficiency in Swedish, Estonian and/or English
-Proficiency in AutoCad and/or other similar programs
