Project manager

Minnovation is now searching for a project manager for our business partner.
As a project manager, we expect you to:
1. Manage Tanaka Chemical’s project in Sweden of proving technical and engineering support to Northvolt.
(1) Check the progress, decide policy, coordinate and report to Tanaka Chemical (Japan).
(2) Manage the employees who are dispatched from Tanaka Chemical (Japan) to Sweden to support Northvolt.


2. Work with Northvolt members and provide engineering and technical assistance related to Northvolt’s new plant construction and start up at Skelleftea.
(1)Check the construction progress of Northvolt middle particle production line and bring up/list up things to be improved from engineering point of view and advice Northvolt to improve.
(2)Prior to commissioning, check with Northvolt of their mechanical completion. Check the equipment, bring up/list up things to be improved, advice Northvolt to improve, and follow up the improvements.
(3)On-site witness and provide technical support during Northvolt’s commissioning of middle particle production line. Bring up/list up things to be improved and support Northvolt to create improvement plan.
(4)Support Northvolt in other technical issues including but not limited to; i) conduct filter test and support Northvolt to determine best filter condition for production, ii) check automation software with Northvolt and support/advice Northvolt to determine best software condition, and iii) support Northvolt when they assess their production capacity.


3. Provide on-site training to Northvolt operators and teach how to operate.
