Your mission 
Your mission is to drive the projects from idea to a complete product but also to identify and drive process improvement. You will be involved in defining project scope and content. You will also be responsible for forming a well operating project team, with sub project managers from relevant departments. This also entails establishing and fulfilling a project time plan and a project budget. To your help you will have to a well-established project model which will give you as Project Manager a good support to manage the project in all phases.

As a Project Manager you will work cross functionally within the company. The projects you will lead can be both local projects in Örebro and global projects with project members from Epiroc sites around the world. The main focus in our projects are automation, digitalization and electrification and that is the future as we see it today.

The position will be based in the Project Office group in R&D department at the Epiroc Surface Division in Örebro.

Your profile
We are looking for you who have a solid experience from working with project management of projects with lead time up to 2 years. We want you to excel in project management, by in the pre-study finding the right compromise and balance between requirement in time plan, deliverables, quality and cost and in the execution deliver according to commitments. 

There will be focus on product development and therefore we see you as someone who like driving our large product development and taking it to new heights. It is also a merit if you have experience to lead projects that develop products including both Hardware, with in many time long delivery times of parts, and a complex Software.

Good knowledge of English is required since it is our corporate language and a lot of communication will be in English. 

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
