Project Manager

Need a strong & hands on project manager with deep & strong PLM knowledge. Along with regular project management also requires PLM knowledge spanning across different PLM capabilities - Architecture, Solution Design & Development, Document & Change Management, Data Migration, Upgrades, Production support & Maintenance of PLM Applications in multiple platforms, ERP Integration. Project management, Engineering Functional Consulting and Business Process consultation & process optimization. Business Process Harmonization & Mapping, Transition architecture compilation, Data migration process & framework mapping, documentation & Implementation.
The post necessitates in depth & firsthand knowledge of project management & PLM capabilities
· Project & Program Management – project deliverables & stakeholders management. Risk assessments and mitigations. Ensuring deliveries done with best quality and as per schedule & commitments.
· Requirement Management - Planning & Tracking of milestones, controlling deliverables of the project. Ensuring high quality & predictability in deliveries.
· Risk Management & Stakeholder Management – Coordination across different Alfa Laval stakeholders (Alfa Laval business unit heads, IT Manager, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects etc.) along with Wipro
· PLM Implementation & Roll-outs – Conducting user workshops for requirement elicitation and GAP-Fit analysis, Deriving Global PLM roll-out landscape and strategy.
· Data Migration & Roll-outs – Data Migration Strategizing & implementation, Deployment planning & rollouts
Business Process Consulting - PLM Functional Modules: Part Management, Document Management, BOM & Configuration Management, Change Management, CAD Integration, Oracle (ERP) Integration, Project/Program and Portfolio Management, Supplier Management, Manufacturing Process Management
