Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead an implementation of Microsoft Dynamics.
About the job
Aside from the implementation working as a project manager, you will be part of a group that supports and develops our factory with ERP system related issues and other local systems and is part of production support at the Lund site.
As a project manager, you will lead and participate in large, and medium-sized projects and activities within digitalization continuous improvements and technical projects.

You take the leadership to drive projects and work forward. You have strong networking skills and enjoy collaborating, working in teams to achieve goals, delivering results while motivating others.

What you know
You have an academic background at university level and hold prior experience in system related projects and implementations of new systems.
Familiar with and an advocate to drive Change Management within the organization involving the various stakeholders on all levels
Documented training in Lean
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish
