Position: Project Manager
Contract: 1 year fixed-term contract

Job description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Initiation and Planning: Responsible for initiating projects across various departments within the company, defining project charters, and developing implementation strategies.
2. Project Plan Management: Oversee the overall project plan management until pre-acceptance, ensuring all activities are on track.
3. Risk Management: Organize and lead the project team to identify project-level risks, develop risk control strategies, and ensure their implementation.
4. On-site Delivery Management: Lead the on-site team to implement project delivery tasks after the project leaves the factory, ensuring the achievement of project cost, schedule, and quality targets.
5. Project Payment Collection: Develop strategies for project payment collection, mobilize resources at all levels within the company, and ensure timely payment recovery.
6. Information Management: Manage comprehensive information during the project execution process, ensuring smooth internal and external communication.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop long-term and short-term customer relationships to support the re-acceptance of projects.
Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably with knowledge of industrial automation equipment.
2. Communication Skills: Strong customer communication skills, good customer service awareness, and an open-minded approach.
3. Teamwork and Orientation: Good team spirit, strong goal and result orientation.
4. Work Attitude: Proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
5. Travel Capability: Willingness to travel.
6. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using daily office software.
7. Language Skills: Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
8. Certification: PMP certification is a plus.
