As our new project leader, you will be part of a business with high potential and the explosion of logistical solutions for E-commerce business are one of the strongest drivers in this. We are currently developing our way of working with one of our largest projects so far and you will take a great part of this. Your focus in the role as Project manager, would be to primarily drive a large and international customer project within the furnisher industry, together with some sub-projects on the side.

We have a project driven model and are very proud of our close and long running partnerships with our customers. ICA, Carlsberg, El-Giganten, Ahlsell and Netto are just a few examples.

Profile

As a project manager, you should act as the main contact towards the customer and do it in a way that creates trust and credibility. Logistical projects are often related to both procedural and organizational changes in the customer business why structured and well controlled leadership skills will help to make the customer confident in the project progress.

In this role, you will be:

• Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling project resources, deliverables and budget
• Creating and developing new and existing structures for project management
• Working in long running partnerships
• Responsible for an efficient and positive working climate within the project group
• Traveling internationally where you as project manager plan your own traveling schedule
• Fluent in English


Especially important for this role is experience from leading successful projects. Please share your success stories already in your application. You also need to demonstrate a strong business mindset together with a drive to always look for continues improvements.

Knowledge from logistics and larger projects are merited, but not requirements. Be aware that you need to have patience for long-running projects to thrive in this role and a passion for developing current ways of working.
