Key Responsibilities:
For our client, we are looking for a project manager with retail and preferably e-commerce experience. The task entails running and maintaining a feasibility study within Fruit, Vegetables, and Flowers. It aims to improve processes in the area and find ways to integrate both processes and data. You will be in charge of a team of experts in both business and information technology.


It is critical for the consultant to be able to communicate freely both upwards in the organisation and within the team. The ability to establish commitment and consensus among all parties while maintaining a laser-like focus on delivery is critical to success.


The feasibility study aims to identify business requirements across the value chain, understand how processes, ways of working, data models, and system support affect the value chain, and what changes are required to achieve the desired situation.


Ability and experience conducting feasibility studies with clients and steering group work in / against large complex organisations with numerous stakeholders, both business and IT.
