Are you a project manager who wants to take part in delivering world-class solutions to our customers, and contribute all the way from sales to supply and support of our contracts?

Your role

As a project manager, you will be part of an agile project management team at Infrastructure and Land systems.

The position entails general project management areas such as:

* handle contract scope
* control budget, costs and estimates
* define time and delivery plans
* assess risks and opportunities
* handle project stakeholders, for example steering committee and internal and external customers
* lead the project team and sub-projects in a communicative and motivating way

Most of our project activities take place in Östersund, where design, production, integration, verification and after delivery support are executed. The projects vary from high technical complexity requiring technical skills, to customer-oriented projects requiring more communications and negotiation skills. They also vary over time in both complexity, scope and focus.

Our customers are situated both in Sweden and abroad, which means that national, but also international, travels can be a part of the job. To work with prospects to new potential customers as well as additional or support contracts to current customers, is a part of the position to contribute to securing future business.

Your profile

We are looking for a driven project manager with the ability to see the big picture and act on the details when necessary. We also want you to:

* Contribute with drive, enthusiasm and efficient communication in the team to build trust and commitment
* Challenge the organization to continuously improve in order to contribute to increased efficiency in our operations
* Have a good technical knowledge and financial understanding to ensure that project goals are met

We think that you have project management skills and a good understanding of the responsibilities and challenges of the position. In return, we can offer an agile organization, technically advanced products and challenging projects.

It is advantageous if you have a degree in Engineering or similar and communicates fluently in Swedish and English.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations of security protection. For positions, requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
