Project Manager, Global Supply, Group Process & Projects PURPOSE OF JOB The Project Manager will drive key projects within the Global Supply Division which are designed to contribute to delivery of the strategy.The Project Manager will ensure the projects are implemented according to plan, using the agreed project framework and involving key stake-holders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Will be responsible as the project lead for delivery of the project objectives. Principal driver of the project, constantly ensuring that the project plan is aligned with the objectives and deliverables Principal lead in ensuring that the milestones of the work plan and timeframes are known by all key stakeholders Identify, organise and lead all necessary decision making, to the highest level, and ensure all supporting material necessary is prepared and distributed to facilitate that decision.Expected to constantly drive and lead the project team and where necessary take balanced decisions for the team.TASKS Ensure that the mechanics of the project, in terms of work plan, timeframes, budget etc are known, executed and are on 'plan' Ensure that project planning material is accurate and up to date and available to the project team and key stakeholders, at all times.Ensure that the project structure is in line with Oriflame's agreed project framework model.Identify and secure the necessary resources required for successful project execution and implementation Will provide accurate & timely input to key project decision points, during the project lifetime.QUALIFICATIONS Must have a well proven background in project management (at least 5 years), preferably within the FMCG sector.Write PROJECT GLOBAL in subject.
