We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
Execute our Join team's product vision by focusing on providing product lead growth to make our product easy to try and onboard for administrators, teachers, and students.
Collaborate with other infrastructure PM/team members to create an aligned and cohesive experience for our primary user ropes, which include students, teachers, and school administrators.
Create product metrics that reflect product success and user progress on the platform. In order to provide true and measurable business outcomes, lead efforts to improve performance on these metrics and the user experience.
Be a champion of an inclusive team environment while inspiring your team to perform at their highest level for the long term.
Report to the head of the business unit.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
3 years or more of experience managing software product development.
Documented domain knowledge and experience in the field of education technology (or relevant similar technology domain)
Empathize with your product's users and passionately advocate for their needs with your engineering team.
A fantastic teammate with a proven track record of working cross-functionally and establishing relationships with customer teams.
A desire for responsibility while also being willing to step back and support your team's success.
The ability to operate effectively and autonomously in ambiguous situations with only high-level guidance.
