The Product Manager Monitoring (PMM) takes responsibility and overview of the group monitoring services that are delivered as part of our core IT platforms. The PMM is responsible for the full lifecycle of the monitoring solutions from discovery to maintenance including managing and coordinating the work of the resources working in the team.
The target for the PMM is to provide leading tools to secure performance, capacity and availability and should support our core processes to provide market leading customer services. Important KPI's are Mean time to resolve (MTTR), Incident response times and time to identify root cause of incidents.
The PMM works closely with the other AMO departments and extends the services to the rest of the group, especially within the Tech department (e.g. DEV, France IT, Data, Architecture). To support the team all engineers, have a separate people manager working closely with the PMM.
The role is located in Stockholm.
Responsibilities
· Setup and drive a strategy including targets and road map for the Monitoring service portfolio
· Breakdown of corporate and Tech Objectives and Key results to team key results
· The life cycle management of the team's backlog:
· Manage new product development and continuous improvement deliverables through Jira (Epics) based on input from various stakeholders
· Support the team in further breakdown of Epics into Stories that fit 2-week Sprints
· Assure that the team balances product development and operations according to priorities
· Support the team with the removal of any kind of blockers
· Manage dependencies towards other teams and departments
· Resolve conflicting priority calls
· Provide feedback to line management
· Manage product portfolio Total cost of ownership (TCO) including supplier management and procurements
· Budgeting and forecasting
