Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Production Engineer
What You Will Work On
Lead and drive production and process development projects
Plan and coordinate project execution and production activities
Perform calculations, procurement activities, and supplier coordination
Support installation and implementation of production solutions
Create, update, and maintain work instructions and production standards
Analyze and optimize assembly and production processes
Perform time studies and production balancing activities
Conduct risk assessments and quality follow-up activities
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Apply LEAN methodologies to improve operational efficiency
Support implementation of new production methods and technologies
Contribute to FMEA activities and corrective action management

What You Bring
Relevant technical education or several years of practical experience within production and project environments
2–5 years of experience within production engineering and project management
Experience working with production processes and operational improvements
Ability to work both strategically and operationally
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience creating and maintaining structured processes and standards
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Professional proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
Ability to independently drive initiatives and deliver results
