Description

Drive and execute the Project to implement the BOT end-to-end rollout of the new Target Operating Model underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba technology defined in a Global Template as part of a Cluster of defined countries in a single release. Secure the transformation required according to BOT principles which include a ‘brutally standard approach’.

Prepare, monitor and drive the implementation plan for the assigned country or Cluster Define and manage all resources required to deliver the project deliverables according to agreed scope, quality and timeline ensuring timely and in budget project delivery. Accountable for the successful implementation of BOT in the assigned country or Cluster as per the plan. Lead the day-to-day management to deliver a successful implementation on time, on budget and agreed quality as per go live exit criteria. Flag any potential deviations from agreed timelines or quality levels as per the Governance. First escalation point for the Country or Cluster.



Mandatory competence and experience: - SAP Transformational change experience in large multi-cultural organisations
- SAP. SAP S/4 HANA
- Retail experience
- Ability to drive teams in a diverse international and distributed team.
- Finance process knowledge (R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs.
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels.


Preferred competence and experience:



- Ariba and SAP Retail a plus.
- Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent a plus.
