Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX) / Proactive Monitoring Platform pre-study for our client in the retail industry. This role focuses on enhancing workplace digital experience by identifying and evaluating DEX monitoring solutions for employee devices such as laptops and mobile phones. The consultant will be responsible for collecting requirements, evaluating solutions, engaging with suppliers, and delivering a final recommendation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the pre-study on Digital Experience Monitoring solutions.
Gather requirements from various internal teams.
Shortlist potential solutions based on past experience with DEX platforms.
Engage with potential suppliers alongside stakeholders.
Evaluate shortlisted solutions with stakeholders.
Deliver a final recommendation outlining pros and cons, aligned with the organization’s needs.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in technical project management.
Proven ability to drive initiatives from start to finish.
Strong communication skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
In-depth understanding of Digital Experience Monitoring / Proactive Monitoring platforms.
