In this position you will have a key role in taking Customer Service and ABB Robotics to the next level.
This position reports to Service Manager.
Your responsibilities
Project Manager at ABB Robotics Customer Service, with responsibility for serving the globally installed base of ABB robots with spare parts, field service and system upgrades
Developing the business by leading service offerings and business solution implementation projects
Projects range within business development, IS/IT projects, and operational improvements
Cooperation with people within Customer Service as well as other functions within Robotics (R&D, SCM, Production, Sales, Product Management) both locally and globally
Business change management

Your background
Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar
We are looking for one junior candidate, and one more experienced candidate with a minimum of 5 years project management experience
IT application knowledge and background in system architecture are qualifying, as is a project management certificate
Conceptual thinking, customer focus, drive, result-oriented and being able to see the whole picture
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike
