Start snarast. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Description - Combined line/project leader for a "I&V Synchronization" unit. - The main tasks for the "I&V synchronization" manager is to handle the goal setting and follow-up of the tasks performed by the staff (today 4 persons). - The unit is among other things responsible for our Test Coordinators, which is a role in our platform release programs -The tasks also include driving a number of small projects such as "Fault Slip-through" and "Common Analysis Methods". - Working Language: English (and Swedish) Competence - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience from line and project management. - Experience from test is necessary, and preferably from mobile telecom. - Excellent interpersonal and cooperation skills - Good planning, tracking and documentation abilities (Excel, Microsoft Office, FIDO) - Skills on economical follow up - Good communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing - Finish tasks in time. - Interest in finding new efficient ways of working. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Vi blir glada om sökande skickar med detaljerad CV i Word-format.
