ADS (Application Delivery Services) Marketing & Sales (M&S) is the department within Volvo Cars IT responsible for providing IT deliveries to the Marketing & Sales Departments.

This job posting is for a position supporting the Global Marketing Department responsible for Customer Relationship management.

As part of ADS M&S working specifically as a Project Manager/Business
Analyst your responsibilities will be to:

Initiate and manage the project charter
Ensure project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost and timing
Participate in the planning, creation and execution of the solutions detailed project plans
Participate in decisions that impact or change the project scope
Facilitate and contribute to project chartering sessions
Ensure appropriate use of IT project management tools, processes, and methodologies
Work with business partners to identify project business value
Create current/future state process models with business partners
Establish roadmap for achieving future state with business and IT
Present and review business analysis results to IT and business
Provide direction for business partner and project team in creating functional specifications and their translation to IT design requirements
Gather and document business requirements with business partners and business users

You will have experience of and be able to demonstrate:

Demonstrated ability to deliver on project commitments
Experience on multiple projects and familiarity with the system development methodology RUP
Fluency in written and oral English
Previous experience as systems developer with familiarity of modern technologies like J2EE, .NET, Oracle and Linux
Previous experience from the automotive industry and/or CRM is an advantage
Supplier/agency management experience is an advantage
At least 5 years relevant IT experience

You will have experience of and be able to demonstrate:

Business/System analysis skills
Fluency in written and oral English
Supplier/agency management experience
