Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator
What You Will Work On
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Book meetings and coordinate inventories with individual locations
Plan staffing, materials and logistics according to the project schedule
Ensure correct and complete project data is collected
Consolidate collected data into supplier ordering documentation
Maintain project schedules and timelines
Create and maintain checklists
Perform continuous status follow-up
Track activities across approximately 200 locations
Identify and manage deviations and potential delays
Escalate risks when activities are falling behind
Coordinate local teams, suppliers and project resources
Support smooth execution of the technical replacement rollout

What You Bring
Experience as a Project Coordinator, Rollout Coordinator or similar
Experience from rollout/deployment projects involving many geographically distributed locations
Experience with logistics, inventory and ordering processes
Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to manage many activities in parallel
Experience coordinating resources, materials and schedules
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Ability to identify deviations and risks early
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Self-driven and proactive working style
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
