HVDC in Ludvika is now looking for a Project Operations Manager that want to engage and grow a diverse team of senior project leaders globally. You will have a central part of ensuring quality and delivery of projects and to support your team to develop themselves as well as the organization.
We offer you an exciting and dynamic role with close collaboration with other departments and teams at Hitachi Energy globally.
Your responsibilities
Leading the Operations function at local level, with full accountability of running the day-today-operation and to achieve customer expectations
Coaching and supporting a global team and individuals and be liable for the competence development
Setting and monitoring progress toward performance targets and KPI´s – including financial, productivity, customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Ensure on-time delivery and conduct quality of deliverables in projects globally
Support rapid resolution of project execution issues, challenges and priorities
Ensure process adherence and implement improvements

Your background
You hold a degree in Engineering or Business Management and/or equivalent business experience
You have work experience and interest in project management, preferable within HVDC or similar area
As a leader you are inspirational, customer-focused, empowering, and accountable
You have good communication skills and the wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous development in both short and long term
As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluent in English is required
