Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) programs within the EMEA region. This role involves managing end-to-end product development activities, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, and delivering projects within defined timelines, cost, and quality standards.
The position requires strong leadership capabilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive successful program execution in a dynamic automotive environment.


Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product development activities
Establish project milestones in alignment with Product Development Process (PDP) and synchronize with customer timelines
Identify and structure the project team, ensuring all necessary functions are represented
Develop detailed action plans and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
Organize and facilitate project reviews, including PDP gate evaluations
Manage project constraints by ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality targets
Define and maintain comprehensive project timelines and schedules
Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication and stakeholder updates



Required Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in program or project management within the automotive industry, or equivalent internal experience
Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams



Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline



Required Skills
Strong project management expertise with experience in structured development processes
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams with strong interpersonal skills
Structured, detail-oriented, and disciplined approach to work
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and results-driven mindset
Willingness to travel for business requirements
