Job Description
The increasing demand on security in the automotive industry opens lots of opportunities to grow our Security team in Lund. Each security-critical component in a road vehicle must be thoroughly analyzed and evaluated from a security perspective. For this reason, the Security Manager is nominated in each project, where a security-relevant product is intended to be developed. She/He is part of the project team, supporting the creation and maintenance of security-relevant artefacts (e.g. Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment, Security Concept, Residual Risk Assessment, etc.) and coordinating the security engineering process activities within the project. Additionally, it is essential to closely adhere to both internal and international cybersecurity standards and frameworks, such as ISO/SAE 21434, to ensure compliance
Qualifications
For the Security Manager position, besides the technical skills and knowledge listed below, a candidate must be a team player and have strong social skills. To be successful in this position, it is also mandatory to have a strong drive, be motivated to take ownership of new assignments and have a positive attitude. You communicate openly and clearly, both towards the stakeholders of the project and to the development teams. Being able to translate complex technical topics to plain English is vital for the Security Manager role. Being eager to learn new things and share your knowledge is part of the job
At least 5 years of experience within the automotive security domain.
Up to date knowledge on relevant standards and regulations such as ISO/SAE 21434.
Broader security knowledge within embedded domain:
Experience with investigation of potential security issues and finding solutions to stop potential attacks, e.g. Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment using standardized methodology.
Defining security goals as a part of building up the security concept.
Protocols for external communication (e.g. BLE, Wi-Fi), bus communication (e.g. CAN, LIN), etc.
Requirements engineering, such as requirement elicitation, formulation and language usage.
Planning skills: ownership and planning of project tasks are an integral task of the daily work.

Experience in cybersecurity audits

ASPICE
Embedded systems and hardware related security topics
Knowledge in data protection and compliance
