Smart home technology, smart building technology and IoT is becoming increasingly common. Companies like Apple, Amazon, Google and IKEA have formed an alliance to facilitate home automation called Project CHIP (Connected Home over IP). It allows smart devices to securely communicate with each other and be centrally controlled over radio techniques like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Thread. You will join the technology team that is currently working on evaluating, prototyping, and making basic measurements and innovations on top of this upcoming technology.
Your Skills:
Experience with programming in C
Understanding of opensource code and github
Basic understanding of wireless protocols is a merit.
