Vi söker just nu på uppdrag av kund i Stockholm en erfaren projekt/objektledare för telekomindustrin, enl nedan. Start 1 mars. Object Leader (team leader) Cellular RF. The key task for the object leader is to co-ordinate the activities of the RF team. These activities include product development based on platform chipset, integration into the phone, verification measurements according to hardware verification plan, trouble shooting of product during development, factory support at builds and other. Key tasks include: Co-ordination of activities of the RF team. .. Acting like an information bridge between RF team and project manager. .. Driving team activities to be in accordance with the project plans. .. Divide the work load between team members. .. Handle administrative tasks like project reporting and line reporting. .. Plan and carry out reviews of design, schematic, layout etc. .. Making sure the responsibilities of the Cellular RF section are addressed during the development of the board. .. Support production facilities with knowledge at prototype builds. .. Handling of problem reports in database. Competence description: 1. Formal education needed is B.Sc, M.Sc or equivalent. 2. 5+ years experience of product development/design work within the RF field. 3. Experience in leading and/or co-ordinating people in teams. 4. Good co-operation skills. 5. Capability to work in a structured way delivering timely results. 6. Preferably experience from the whole product life cycle, including everything from specifications, circuit design, test&verification, manufacturing support, trouble shooting and measurement techniques. 7.
