Nytt år-nya spännande utmaningar! Proffice söker en projektledare inom inköp för arbete i en internationell koncern. Uppdraget startar omgående och kommer att pågå i ett år. Nedan följer en befattningsbeskrivning på engelska: Main tasks/responsibilities: Ensure that the purchasing program deliverables are met in line with the program requirements for their area of responsibility. Inform program purchasing organisation on project status, key events and dates. Coordinate and report purchasing project activities to the line organisation for programme related issues. Co-ordinate changes (e.g. engineering initiated) affecting material and supplier in programme communication of Program information and supplier performance to the line organisation. Steer and follow-up with the line organisation to reach quality, cost and delivery demands in respective projects. Support vehicle purchasing buyers in programme activities/routines/processes. Participate in development and implementation of programme processes when required. Lead purchasing meetings in project team. With program manager responsibility for one program. Ensure that purchasing deliverables are reflected in the overall program plan and the plan is feasible from a purchasing perspective. Responsibility to ensure that purchasing deliverables are reported at the program gate reviews. Requirements: educated to university level and/or long experience in purchasing project work and good project management. Purchasing/engineering experience is a merit. You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as analytical skills. You are able to show drive and creativity and are result and people oriented. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.
