UCG/ Radio Support är ett konsultbolag specialiserat på tjänster åt telekom och elektronikbranschen, främst inom konstruktion/verifiering och test/industrialisering. Vi har kontor i Kista i norra Stockholm men är verksamma över hela landet. Vi söker just nu en erfaren projektledare för industrialisering enl nedan, för uppdrag i Stockholm. Start snarast. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Job Description The NPI project manager is responsible for the NPI projects. The projects are included in the R&D development projects, which requires a close cooperation with Supply, Design, I&V and Market Units. The work includes traditional project management tasks such as planning and managing of the project feasibility and execution phase including budget control and resource planning. A common project has the responsiblity for: - System engineering, design and verification of production test - Preparation of the supply chain for commersical deliveries by this means secure the quality and capacity from supplier as well as in house production. - Design of sparepart products - Securing a fast and cost efficient product substitution, this require close cooperation with production sites and Strategic Product Management. Requested Competence: - Proven performance in project target achievements within given time and cost frames. - Excellent leadership talent and ability to manage several internal/external interfaces as well as good skills in co-operation across organizational borders. - Ability to coach a team of subproject managers e.g use of situational adopted leadership. - It is an advantage if you have experience in supply chain management. - Good knowledge about Ericsson processes and methods. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- För att uppnå en jämnare könsfördelning bland våra konsulter är vi speciellt positiva till kvinnliga sökanden.
