Customer Contact Center/Call taker Our client is a global consumer goods company, leader in the industry, with a well known brand portfolio.As a call-taker at our sales office, your responsibilities will be to handle all customer contacts coming in from Finland via phone, fax or e-mail.You will handle incoming issues such as orders, product inquiries and material requests, and you will co-ordinate questions with e.g.our sales reps, trade and service partners, and our credit & collection department. We require at least one year of experience from direct or indirect sales, preferably from a call center/telemarketing business.Beside Finnish, you easily communicate in English and Swedish.Your IT-using skills are good and you have good working knowledge of the internet and the Microsoft Office package.Prior experience from support systems such as e.g.SAP will be an advantage.Having joined our team, we will expect you to learn and develop extensive knowledge of our products, our processes and our company.To be successful in our team, we believe you have excellent communications skills and that you love the action of a sales environment.You work effectively both in a team and independently, and you have the ability to understand our customers needs.For the right persons we offer a positive, motivating environment, with good opportunities for personal and professional growth!
