Work description

Now we are looking for a Purchaser for our client located in Malmö. You will be responsible for the procurement of the categories Civil Works and Services and you will be part of an international procurement team. The role covers operational procurement work using our client's strategies within the Civil Works and Services categories. Civil Works includes, Building Construction, Dismantling and Disposal Services. Services includes Scaffolding, Insulation, Access systems, Raw, auxiliary and operation materials, Industrial Cleaning

Key responsibilities:

* Operational procurement of Civil Works and Services
* Development, negotiation and implementation of contracts with the aim of increasing efficiency
* Implementing category strategies and respective steering mechanisms
* Ensuring achievement of forecasted cost reductions and productivity gains to contribute to savings targets
* Strategic supplier negotiations
* Promote and be involved in cross-functional and cross-border cooperation

We are looking for

For this role we are looking for a person who is service minded, flexible, result oriented and a good negotiator.

Further requirements

* Has a relevant procurement expertise and experience regarding procurement strategies, technical understanding of the respective categories and relevant supplier market knowledge
* Has 3-5 years of documented procurement experience
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts
* Speak Swedish fluently and English on a business level.
* Has good SAP-experience (esp. SAP MM), SAP Ariba knowledge, and general MS office skills.

It is and advantage if you have general knowledge of 'AB04', 'ABT06' and 'ABK09' including 'AMA AF' and 'AF Konsult.
