Your mission
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for purchasing in the Global Online Experience (GOX) area and support our employees with the complete sourcing process including preparation, RFQ, analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and contract management.

You will report to the Head of Finance operations & contracts but will support the whole Global Online Experience organization. You will also align with our group purchasing team to get their support in larger/more complex agreements and make sure we follow overall group requirements.

What you’ll do
In the beginning, the focus will be on just get things going by establishing processes and ways of working. In the longer perspective, you need to look at how we can build a great purchasing and purchase order process that supports our growth across markets, how we work with supplier contract management and track supplier performance etc. You will also manage our purchase order process, e.g. by issuing PO numbers and ensuring the correct approvals.

To be successful we see that you can manage multiple stakeholders including buyers/requestors in Global Online Experience, suppliers and group purchasing. You are confident in advising stakeholders in commercial issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle with collaboration as a guiding star towards common goals. You have a holistic view to understand needs, a pragmatic way to get things done, and like to solve problems.

In addition, you will keep track of ongoing purchasing processes, RFQs, supplier requirements etc. As well as project lead important RFQ processes, review agreements and create process documentation and instructions for the area.  

Who are you?
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant purchasing roles with the ability to create clarity and show courage with a proven successful track record. You have worked in a global business with several markets with experience from the end-to-end purchasing process including sourcing, procurement, and negotiations.

We believe you to be a team player that is great at collaboration and who is used to create plans and work in a structured way. You have high ambitions and find an entrepreneurial company mindset motivating. You also have a bachelor’s in business, economics, law, or similar and are fluent in English (verbal and written). If you have purchase experience from e-commerce business, we find it beneficial.
