We are looking for employees within the following positions:
PVT STA Engineer

Major position responsibilities are:

Represent STA organization by supporting Plant Vehicle Team activities related to Supplier process related field concerns during analysis, problem solving and corrective action implementation phase. Supplier process related = non-conformance to specification, material supplied by external supplier; corrective action =review and improve QA of supplier process).
Analyze and prioritize material related quality problems from field.
Coordinate and follow-up Supplier process related quality tasks from the field.
Define and follow-up short term / long term action plans for Supplier process related quality tasks, involving suppliers and / or Site STA.
Document corrective actions for Supplier process related field problems, including root cause, actions and set limits for the break point for deliveries of corrected parts.
In case of support needed from Site STA, address and follow-up action plan verifications performed by Site STA.
Develop and present management reports for Supplier process related field-problems.
Assist in Warranty Cost Recovery activities.
Profile Qualifications:

Education on university level or equivalent experience.
Be experienced in production/production technique, design and quality.
Be proficient in English.
Have knowledge about quality tools such as APQP & PPAP.
Have knowledge about VPDS & FPDS and quality systems (QS9000/TS16949).
Experience within STA or Exterior components development/sourcing is an asset for the position.
