SoftwareONE is a Swiss global platform and software portfolio management services company founded in 1985 that has over 5 500 employees and a local presence in 90 countries. Our Nordic operations started in 2010 and we have offices in all Nordic countries.
The role
The PEL is accountable for supporting the growth of the platform – PyraCloud - from sales support to project delivery and successful customer integration. This role will involve travel in the region.
Collaborating with field sales roles (CBDM, BDR, and SSS) the PEL provides sales support to all customers across the region for PyraCloud including presentations, live demos, pricing, development of Statements of Work, and any other activities related to account team interactions with our customers when positioning PyraCloud.
Post-sale, the PEL will continue to work with the customer and SW1 internal on boarding and integration teams to ensure smooth customer setup and adoption of the PyraCloud platform.
Develop and document intellectual property for SoftwareONE , share knowledge and best practices internally.
Generates references and customer success stories
Assists in on-boarding and training of employees involved in PyraCloud sales support and customer on boarding.
What we need to see from you
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT architecture and/or software licensing, and be accustomed to presenting at C level focusing on addressing functional business requirements and bringing to light technical solutions in business terms customized for every customer. In addition to this we are seeking a someone with experience in service design, with a proven track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environments who can operate and think on a global scale.
