QA Engineer

You will typically work as part of a team under the direction of more senior Quality Assurance (QA) engineers and close contact with developers and end-users. You will work with manual testing and learn to write automated tests using JavaScript code to optimize QA-related work.
We are looking for a person who is not afraid to try out different ways to find a solution, someone who takes on challenges and does not like to rest before they solved them or found a solution.
This job supports the development of the next-generation SCADA/HMI web application.
You can expect to work with the following:
Ability to assess customer needs and set expectations
Perform, with assistance, problem verification by confirming a customer’s environment, error messages, and symptoms of a problem
Research cases using knowledge bases, documentation, etc.
Maintain case tracking details to the required standard and frequency
Prepare and recommend solutions
Participate in internal projects and other work as directed
Be accountable for the team and individual results
