QA / Test Manager

As QA / Test Manager your job will be overall responsible for quality assurance and testing, including establishing a test framework, test strategies and preparation of test plans & reports of conducted tests. You will play a key role in the company and work closely with the development organization. The ideal candidate is structured, driven and solutions oriented with attention to detail and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Establishing test strategies, a test framework and test plans
Planning, preparation and execution of unit- and system tests
Preparation of test documentation and reports
Risk identification, assessment and mitigation
Report and escalate to management as required
Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Requirements;
Minimum of four years’ experience from similar role
Goal oriented and quality focused
Knowledge of test methodology, techniques & tools
Ability to understand product architecture
Strong social- and communication skills
Fluent in English, spoken and written, additional languages an advantage
Self-driven /motivated overachiever
Based in Stockholm
Experience the online gaming industry is a merit
