We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to our production site in Stenungsund, Sweden. The Quality Control Manager main responsibility is to have resources and sufficiently skilled personnel to serve the customers with the correct product quality as well as the adequate information about the products. In addition, the QC manager has the HSE and overall responsibility for the site QC laboratory facilities.
As the Quality Control Manager you will report to the Product and Quality Control Manager (PQC) and have approximately 11 direct reports.


Main Responsibilities
Coordination and prioritization of daily activities.
Drive and support the team to strive for operational excellence and continuous improvement via pre-defined processes
Responsible for the environmental control analyses at Site Stenungsund and the supporting documents to the authorities.
Responsible for ISO 17025:2018 accreditation
Develop individual team members and build a team which collectively is capable of and fully involved in achieving the tasks for Quality Management in Operations
Perform delegated tasks required in occupational safety and health



Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical Engineering.
Proven project management skills.
High level of competence, experience and respect of all HSE&S aspects.
Good team player with recognized social competence.
Konwledge with regards to legislation, regulations, directive and standards on quality like ISO 9001, 17025, GMP/ FAMI-QS
Excellent skills in verbal and written Swedish and English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Certification or experience in Lean Six Sigma is desired.
