THIS IS THE ROLE
As Director for non-trucks BAs you will hold a strategic and important role having the responsibility to lead and develop the networks with mainly Bus, Penta and Volvo Construction Equipment . You will be the spider in the new and through this lead network. The work will mainly be focusing on that the pre-studies, issue detections and pre-investigation of field quality issues are being met on request from non-truck BA’s.
To be a Director for non-trucks Business Areas mean:
Act as a bridge between non-truck BAs (VBC, Prevost, Nova, VCE, Penta) and GTx on quality and customer satisfaction related matters ; consolidate interfaces
Develop a knowledge center to provide a global and consolidated view on quality & customer satisfaction for the non-truck BAs
Assess product & service needs for non-truck BA, answer to them with GTx support (incl. Q&CS sites) and adjust along the way through a close monitoring
Identify opportunities to develop overall Q&CS organization thanks to new perspectives brought by these BAs
Functional management of Brand Quality Leaders towards Q&CS objectives
Represent Q&CS in the non-truck BA quality governance
Fosters focus and awareness on non-truck BA applications for reactive, preventive and pro-active Q&CS scope
Ensure Q&CS priorities are understood and handled accordingly within GTx
Interaction with site Q&CS VP and directors to set proper priorities through the GTT governance
Promote synergies across applications and throughout the complete life cycle of the product ; especially, reinforce quality scope pre-PCI activities in synergy with truck projects
Support product maturity growth and product launch, via BQL, Q&CS site management or directly

Required knowledge/experience
Minimum 3-5 years of senior line management
Good knowledge about aftermarket and quality processes
Expertise within vehicle technology
Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and what drives customer satisfaction
Master of Science degree or equivalent technical university degree
