We are looking for a QSR administrator (Quality service report) with location at our office in Stockholm (Akalla). One of our employees will take on new challenges in the company and we need a replacement. The position is permanent. Your main accountabilities - Manage the QSR system in given geographical area but also back-up for other areas if needed. - Take an active role in collecting further necessary information from various sources to solve the task - Follow up spare part deliveries and coordinate with service work - Gather statistics of frequent problems and communicate them with Product care - Actively develop the QSR concept from a technical and customer relations point of view - Assist in evaluation of alternative QSR systems inside or outside the Cargotec group - Develop and maintain good working relations with Supply, Product Care, R&D, Service (Bromma and Cargotec Service) and Frontline. You will report to our Customer Support Manager. Qualifications In terms of personal attributes you must be a person who likes to organize and to solve problems. Skills in building relationships, both internally and externally, are another success factor. We expect you also to have: - University degree, Technical direction, or equivalent experience. - Experience and knowledge of our brand Bromma Conquip and our products is highly qualifying. - Good communication skill in English.
