For more than 50 years, Saab has offered sporty, yet functional cars for drivers who are looking for an alternative to the mainstream, mass-marketed brands.Progressively designed and packed with clever features, Saab cars have long been associated with an intelligent, innovative approach.Saab Automobile AB in Trollhättan is looking for a qualified Duties and requirement profile Duties; -Handle GME related IP matters to ensure sufficient and effective protection of inventions to obtain registered Intellectual Property rights (technical patents, design and utility patents and trademarks).The positions area of responsibility within the GME IP team is currently to be the intellectual property contact for engineers at the Trollhättan site and the contact for SAAB related patents, design patents and trademark matters -Define scope of protection, cost, territory and scope of use.-Institute legal proceedings to defend or enforce on intellectual Property rights in specific drive or defend against third party oppositions, against claims and prior to that against third party warning letters.- Define size of IP protection, also in review board meetings considering, functional and territorial scope of protected design/invention into consideration.- Member of the Global Intellectual Property process Subcommittee "technical Patents", "Design Patents" and "trademarks" as appropriate.- -Built up trusting client relationships advising the client and negotiating IP related issues as License Agreements, Co-existence agreements and intellectual property related contract clauses.- Work as a member of the GME Legal IP process with the global Legal IP process.Vi är specialiserade på att förse svenska företag med konsulter inom främst IT och teknik.Inte hört talas om oss?Det gör inget.Ajilon är ännu bara det tredje största konsultföretaget i världen...!We want your application not later than 2007-03-11
