The Quality department at Cepheid is looking for a Quality Analyst for Quality System (QS) Process Control. In the role of a Quality Analyst for QS Process Control you will analyze and control Quality system processes and support the site in maintain the established processes and ensure traceability and compliance of documents.

Cepheid is in on a very exiting growth journey- the site in Solna is growing rapidly. The role as a Quality Analyst- QS Process Control gives you an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with engaged colleagues and contribute to world health.



Work responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure completion of QS deliverables such as Internal audits,CAPA and Corrections, trainings, documentation updates, etc…

• Develop monitoring tools and organization of files to facilitate the monitoring of deliverables

• Control document changes and monitor approval workflows

• Support the managers to ensure training plans are maintained.

• Communicate new released global document to the site

• Support role during internal and external audits

• Recommends changes and process improvements



Qualifications:

• University degree in engineering, science or equivalent.

• Good knowledge about Quality System requirements (ISO9001 / ISO13485)

• Excellent skills in Swedish and English both in written and verbally

• Good practice of informatic tools (Excel, Word etc...)
