In the position of Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager you will lead the local division’s quality work, focusing on sustainability, culture and deliverables. It is a business integrated role where a structured approach, quality-centric and service mindset comes well into play. Your responsibilities
Lead the local division Quality and Continuous Improvement function.
Drive and follow up Quality performance.
Manage continuous improvements programme.
Coordinate and drive quality issue resolution.
Support the organization with project and product quality expertise.
Lead quality towards business partners and other stakeholders.
Maintain and develop Integrated Management System (IMS).

Your background
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree from Engineering, Business or another relevant field.
Experience from Quality Management in large organization.
Strong understanding of project and product quality practices.
Service-minded personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience of Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is required.
