We are a small team working closely together but with a wide network in the organization. We are working in an international environment with a variety of topics with a clear strategy towards a pro-active quality culture. We are looking for a person with a service minded and driving personality who is ready to take on a broad range of work and taking responsibility for selected areas within quality. You will take part of an existing journey with interesting challenges along the way.
Your responsibilities
Drive quality culture throughout the organization
Develop, improve and implement quality support processes
Drive quality method training and support (Lean Six Sigma)
Support process development and other activities related to the management system
Perform quality audits and assessments
Support handling of non-conformities
Continuous improvement activities (Lean Six Sigma)
Analyse performance data and drive actions
Collaborate with different stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction

Your background
You have technical background and you hold a university degree in engineering or equivalent
A few years' work experience in a related area
Lean 6 Sigma grade and/or internal audit training is positive
You preferably have experience from industry (quality, engineering, project manager, production) and/or knowledge in project business
On a personal level you are service minded and supportive with good personal skills
You have strong drive and being able to take lead in a situation
You welcome change as a natural part of work
English is a must, both written and spoken. Swedish and other additional language skills are a plus
