Your role

We are now searching for a Quality and Sustainability Manager who will take the role to lead the Quality and Sustainability Management within the organisation. Your focus will be in the areas for strategic and operative Quality and Sustainability Management within Customer Projects, Production and Research and Development of the Product Portfolio.

In your role as a Quality and Sustainability Manager you will be responsible for:

* Support and follow up requirements on operations and projects

* Perform the annual Management review and support the process fulfillment

* Define, follow up and report Quality and Sustainability objectives and KPI:s

* Handling operational findings such as; non-conformities, deviations, observations and improvements

* Implement and lead the work regarding Continuous improvements

* Coordinate and prepare the annual audit of the TickIT Plus Certification

You will report directly to the head of Vehicle Systems and you will be a part of the Management Team, Steering groups and may also be a part of the audit team within the Business Unit Communication and Tactical Solutions.

Your profile

This opportunity requires a highly motivated team player with management and leadership skills along with an analytical mind. We believe that you have the ability to take initiatives as well as a deep strategic knowledge for methodical problem solving and root cause analysis.

Required skills:

- Experience of working with quality management systems in accordance with the ISO 9000 and 14000 series
- Good knowledge of quality and sustainability principles and tools
- A couple of years of experience within the field of systematic quality and sustainability work
- A relevant academic degree
- An excellent verbal and written communicator in Swedish and English languages.

Desired skills:
- Work experience from the Electronics industry
- Work experience with the standard TickIT Plus
- Work experience as an auditor

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

What you will be a part of

Vehicle Systems develops and supports wearable and vehicle-based advanced electronics for demanding environments on international markets.

You will work within the Product Area Vehicle Electronics, which is responsible for developing, manufacturing and selling computer and video systems for vehicles and handheld soldier systems. Operations include system integration, development of embedded computer systems and customer support in areas such as computer technology, advanced video transmission, displays and sensor integration.

Vehicle Systems is part of the Business Area Support and Services and have about 70 employees based in Linköping. The position will be taking place in Malmslätt, Linköping.
