Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are now looking for a quality assurance coordinator that can help our team during 6-8 months. This position will report to the Site quality manager. Main Goals The Quality Assurance Coordinator shall help to achieve business objectives by: -ensuring all functions in change management projects are aware of and follow policies, legislation, KF requirements and best practises regarding quality and food safety. -Leading and coordinating HACCP in line with company objectives. -Contributing to the establishment of required competency level of MU personnel by influencing, supporting and educating in quality awareness when applicable. -Handling of major food safety issues will be made in a successful way; Perform root cause analysis, suggest actions for solving the problems, implement and follow up the actions. Qualifications You hold a Master?s or Bachelor?s degree in microbiology or chemistry. You have a minimum four years of work experience within food safety and chocolate technology, within areas such as International Quality & Food safety standards (ISO 9001, BRC Global Foods, IFS) & KF QCMS (all relevant QPEs) You have an analytic orientation and the ability to manage complexity. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with different areas and levels of the organization. You have high level of integrity and drive for results.
